Mike Nabel has been a member of the Society of American Magicians and Assembly 127 for 34 years. He has been President , Vice President, and Secretary of our Assembly. He is always ready with some magic at any meeting or gathering. Mike's involvement doesn't happen alone, most often you will see his wife Leslie, in the front row at shows , lectures, and dinners, at many conventions and magic gatherings.

Mike Nabel has been involved in NEMCON every year, from the early days of NEMCON. He was treasurer for many years and is at the registration desk every year ,helping with registrations.

Mike has done it all, quietly without  credit., helping set up the stage and lighting at whatever venue we were using, printing whatever was necessary, setting up seating for the evening show  and numbering all the rows, often working through dinner time.

He is still active as Treasurer of the NEMCON Board of Directors and offers his experience and expertise when necessary. We are honoring someone who works hard behind the scenes to make NEMCON what it is today, and  he deserves our appreciation
